TAT Expert Pool

APPEAL's TAT Expert Pool is comprised of a group of community members and supporters who have extensive experience working with AA & NHPI communities. These experts represent a variety of ethnic backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise.

The function of the TAT Expert Pool is to support APPEAL staff in responding to TAT requests.

Apply to become a member of the TAT Expert Pool

Those interested in becoming members of APPEAL's TAT Expert pool are encouraged to submit a completed TAT Skills Survey. Applicants may also be asked to provide APPEAL with a list of references.

Once this Survey is completed, and based on the information provided therein, APPEAL will select the most appropriate Expert Pool member to fulfill each TAT request we receive. Please keep in mind that, because the frequency and type of TAT requests APPEAL receives will vary, we may not need to call upon all TAT Expert Pool members within a given calendar year.
